Built in 1991, this center of community commerce totals a spacious 135,000 square feet. In this particular building, outdated pneumatic controls were converted to digital, thus reducing countless man-hours in maintenance and significant improvements in occupant comfort. Dakota County depends heavily on their investment in Alerton. In addition to this large complex, HumeraTech is responsible for maintaining their expansive government campus in Hastings and numerous other county buildings.
