This four-star hotel is only the second of its kind in the U.S., stands 13 stories high and is comprised of 500 rooms with royal blue electric lighting and an upscale modern design. An energy management system was put in place and integrated with the reservation system to save significant amounts of energy when the suites are vacant or unoccupied, resulting in an excellent return on investment.
