It’s Comforting to Know…
your controls contractors will come through

Make sure your controls contractors..

1. Pinpoint and acknowledge what the clients specific needs are.

2. Focus on long term costs as well as initial costs- how much will a system cost to maintain in the future?

3. Understand that a system’s performance is more important than going slightly over budget.

4. Knows that every system is different and specifically tailors the majority of the specification to the current project.

5. Complete specifications!

6. Design building automation systems with the knowledge that facilities are always changing.

7. Start with a realistic understanding of what the systems can accomplish, without stretching the truth.

8. Have good coordination and planning throughout installation of the project.

9. Sees the project through until the very end. It isn’t over until the owner is satisfied that the system performs as expected.
